Hello there, I’m Amy.
I am 22 and I live in Bath in the south west of England. I have recently finished my masters in applied principles of Neuropsychology after finishing my BSc in pyschology. After struggling with stress and anxiety over the course of my studies, I finally found the niche for my blog: Wellness! Because of this, my blog covers aspects that have helped me improve my wellness: books, healthy vegetarian food, fitness, yoga, and travel.
Outside of blogging I work full-time in inclusion at my local college, as well as doing some fitness coaching. Both of these have helped me establish a good routine and a happy life!
