Hello there, I’m Amy.


I am 22 and I live in Bath in the south west of England. I am currently studying for a masters in applied principles of Neuropsychology after finishing my BSc in pyschology in the summer. Because of this I love to read in my spare time to relax at the end of a long day of studying, and this can range from anything psychology // mental health based to YA to crime fiction, so I love creating book favourites and haul posts. Alongside this I’m passionate about making tasty vegetarian and vegan food, having been a vegetarian for the past 6 years, so I love having a place to integrate lots of yummy recipes.

I am currently using fitness as a method to better my mental health by reducing the stress of uni and work. As such, I am currently practising yoga and, hopefully, I am getting better at it everyday. This has been a game changer for me, as even when I wasn’t very good at it, it allowed me time for myself on the matt to de-stress and focus on my breathing. I have also recently begun doing some mini workouts which I hope to share with you soon.
