Bullet Journal Update

So I’ve officially completed my first month of bullet journalling, and i’m obsessed – it has completely changed my life and made me feel way more organised! I especially love sitting down at the end of the day and reflecting on my mood, how much I’ve got done that day and things I have coming up to look forward to. I then put my bullet journal down, do an hour or so of reading and drift off into a worry free sleep, having dumped all my brain stress onto paper and putting it away for the day.

So here’s how my inspiration / self love spread from my last post turned out …


I’ve filled up my inspiration page with quotes to look at when i’m having a bad day, or just need some inspiration to do something. I’ve also nearly filled the page on the left with things I do to relax // look after myself.

Also my weekly spreads turned out pretty well and I found it helped me organise myself.


After completing my February sections, I recently added my March cover and habit tracker spread, and here’s what it turned out like …


I stuck with the same format as February’s habit tracker, except I took out some points that I either gave up on or aren’t important to me anymore, such as running ((you can see how well that turned out haha)) and dairy free. I also got rid of the no alcohol, as after going a few months without it I’ve decided not to drink anymore. I then added some new categories, such as drinking 1L of water, finishing a book, and a full house clean. As well as this I added a cleaning section with little house chores that I do either on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to act as prompts.

I then opted to change my weekly spreads slightly for March. I kept certain things that I liked from last month: the sleep tracker, best of section, next week, and my to do list section. I got rid of the doodle section as I felt that was a waste of space, and then added sections I felt were missing from last months spread // would help me track habits more: this week section, my water and fruit// veg consumption per day, a food plan, a gratitude section and a housework section, and at the minute I’m loving this spread even more than last month’s.
